S07E17: The Birthday

Although reluctant to end their brief marriage, Clay gives in to Sammy Jo's demands and signs their annulment papers. Sympathizing over Ben's heartfelt loss following Leslie Carrington's bitter assault on him, Blake meets with Leslie to persuade her to give Ben a second chance. Dana accepts Adam's marriage proposal. Upon learning the good news, Alexis is quick to begin planning the entire affair. Included in her plans is the possibility of causing a rift between Blake and Krystle by having the wedding in the Carrington mansion. Having had enough of her manipulation and lies, Dex informs a stunned Alexis that he is leaving her for good. Dominique and Nick fail to realize their need for each other. Dominique and Dex are drawn together for friendship and support. As Krystina's third birthday bash draws near, she suffers a serious loss of breath and is rushed to the hospital. Krystle and Blake wait helplessly as their little girl fights for her life.
